03. LL97 Extension Request

This ticket may be used to file an extension request for Article 320 or Article 321.

A complete “LL97 Extension Request” ticket must include the following:

  1. Building address, Borough-Block-Lot (BBL) and Building Identification Number (BIN).
  2. DOB NOW Payment Confirmation Number. (i.e. 97320EXTxxxxxxx or 97321EXTxxxxxxx).

Note: This extension ticket may only be used for buildings reporting on LL97 in 2025, however the extension applies to LL88 AND LL84 compliance.

  1. Buildings that do not file for an extension or are not eligible to file an extension because their LL97 report is not due in 2025, the following deadlines apply:
    LL84 Report – June 30, 2025
    LL88 Report – June 30, 2025
    LL97 Report – June 30, 2025

  2. Buildings with LL97 reports due in 2025 may file an extension until August 29, 2025. The new deadlines become:
    LL84 Report – August 29, 2025
    LL88 Report – December 31, 2025
    LL97 Report – December 31, 2025

BBLs must be 10 numerical digits, including any leading zeros for the block and lot (i.e. 1012234067). There should be no dashes, spaces, or other characters within the digits.
 

Enter BIN as it appears on LL97 CBL.
 
BINs must be 7 numerical digits (i.e. 1234567) There should be no dashes, spaces, or other characters within the digits.
